Also, got the staples out of (former) - Awakening which I hope to re-stretch the bottom half onto a 60x20" and top-half fragments onto some smaller frames. It sure isn't easy ordering stretcher bars to the north any longer...

Plans for the Garden show... since a June 2012 opening will not allow me to paint directly from my garden as I prefer to do on flower paintings... I am in need of a "garden" to work from. I am using my Monday evenings wisely at the Terrace Art Club creating sketches to paint from.

We found cherry buds, raspberry canes, and a healthy looking apple tree. We searched the ground around the birch trees where we planted tulip and crocus bulbs last fall. We took beautiful photos of the frosted blackberry vines and tidied up around the yard. The sun is out by 8am now and shines bright in the afternoon. Soon it will be time to play in the mud and enjoy the garden once again.
